Costa Sur Resort & Spa, Puerto Vallarta

During our stay at Costa Sur, we enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, along with the spectacular views. The amenities were satisfactory, but we found the dining options uninspiring, and the service could be quite slow at times. While the location offered a quiet atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle, the noise from the nearby highway was a bit disruptive, especially at night.

I had an incredible experience at Costa Sur, where the staff made me feel like family. The rooms were comfortable and offered stunning views of the ocean. The dining was surely one of the highlights, with delicious food that made every meal a delight. Moreover, I truly appreciated the serene and cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. However, the property could benefit from some refurbishments, and I encountered a couple of minor service hiccups during my stay.
